We sell tested, used electronic components. Each item is technically inspected before shipping and secured with a tamper-evident seal (e.g., adhesive tape, seal, or anti-static packaging). The right of withdrawal is excluded if:
the tamper-evident seal has been removed or damaged,
the anti-static packaging has been opened,
the product has been installed, connected, or tested.
Such items require an additional technical inspection upon return to reliably assess their functionality and condition, which incurs time and cost. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns of unsealed or used electronic components.
